Salary: €70,000 - €75,000 DOE + Annual Discretionary Bonus + Excellent Benefits Package + 25 days annual leave
The Company:
Our client is a well-established property investment and development group with a substantial portfolio of industrial, logistics and development site assets across Ireland and the UK. With a strong reputation for strategic asset management and long-term investment, the business is entering an exciting phase of growth and is seeking an experienced Property / Real Estate Asset Manager to join its management team.
The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly experienced property team, supporting the Property Director in the management and growth of a diverse property portfolio. The successful candidate will play a key role in maximising asset performance through proactive asset management, stakeholder engagement and the identification of new opportunities across Ireland and the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management and growth of a substantial mixed-use property portfolio across Ireland and the UK.
- Assist in the asset management of industrial, office and development land assets.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor property performance and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, commercial agents, consultants, contractors and professional advisors.
- Coordinate property maintenance, tenant liaison, lease events and day-to-day portfolio management activities.
- Assist with the management of property sales, acquisitions, and leasing transactions.
- Identify and deliver asset management initiatives to maximise rental income and capital value.
- Research and evaluate new acquisition and investment opportunities.
- Support redevelopment and development projects in collaboration with design teams and external consultants.
- Work independently while contributing to the wider property management team.
- 3-5 years + Experience within property asset management, commercial property or a related real estate environment.
- Relevant third-level qualification in Property, Construction, Building Surveying, Planning & Development, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of property management, construction and development processes.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Client-focused with a proactive, positive and professional approach.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Full clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
