We are seeking an experienced and innovative Revenue Manager to lead the revenue strategy for a cluster of our five-star properties.
This role will be based in the MHL Cluster Revenue & Reservations office, where we provide support to our Dublin hotels.
The role:
In this pivotal role, you will drive revenue growth by leveraging market insights, implementing dynamic pricing strategies, and optimising distribution channels to maximise occupancy and profitability. You will play a key role in positioning the hotel in its market segment, working closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless alignment with our brand.
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day to day yield operations.
- Preparation of yearly budget and forecasting.
- Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting.
- Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends for each hotel.
- Assist with maintenance of 24-36 month rolling demand calendar for each hotel.
- Create and develop pricing strategies for hotel.
- Provide weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances, and budget comparisons.
- Responsible for assessing, analysing, and pricing group business strategies for hotel.
- Analyse overall monthly performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long term strategies for hotel.
- Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated, and working to full capacity, for each hotel.
- Ensure web site booking process is maintained up-to-date and functional, for hotel to include hotel website & brand.com website where applicable.
- Work in liaison with hotel sales and reservations departments as a team.
- Inspire Hotel HODs to further embed a revenue management culture in all hotels.

Requirements:
- Business Development DNA and commercial minded.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in similar capacity in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of need for achievement of goals and success.
- Good analytical and numeric skills for fast data crunching.
- Ability to work under own initiative in a highly pressured environment.
- Good listening skills and the ability to anticipate business needs.
- Capable of prioritizing between revenue generating actions and time-consuming tasks with low yield impact.
