This role is centered on the operational and technical side of marketing, including CRM administration, marketing automation, lead management, campaign setup, workflow management, and data quality. We're primarily looking for candidates with experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, CRM Administration, Revenue Operations (RevOps), Sales Operations, or Marketing Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Systems & Campaign Ops: Build, manage, and track campaigns, workflows, automations, promo codes, and assets in tools like Salesforce or HubSpot, ensuring everything launches correctly.
• Lead Management & Sales Coordination: Manage lead routing, assignments, and data flow between systems, working with Sales Ops to ensure leads are delivered accurately and on time.
• Data, Documentation & Support: Maintain data quality, document processes, troubleshoot issues, and escalate more complex system or integration problems when needed.

• Experience & Tools: 3+ years in Marketing Ops, CRM, RevOps, or Sales Ops (B2B is a plus), with hands-on use of Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar for automation, CRM admin, campaigns, and lead routing.
• Marketing & Data Skills: Solid understanding of campaigns, funnels, lead management, scoring, lifecycle stages, and attribution, plus ability to work with data, troubleshoot issues, and build basic reports/dashboards.
• Communication & Execution: Strong English communication skills, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple operational tasks at the same time.
