We're partnering with a growing production homebuilder seeking a results-driven Director of Marketing to lead marketing strategy across multiple communities. This is a highly visible leadership role focused on driving qualified leads, increasing sales traffic, and improving conversion performance—not simply building brand awareness.

What They're Looking For

• Direct marketing experience within production homebuilding (required)
• Proven success driving lead generation, traffic, and sales conversions
• Strong background in digital marketing, including:
• Google Ads & Meta campaigns
• SEO and website conversion optimization
• CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred; currently migrating from Lasso)
• Experience partnering closely with Sales leadership to maximize community performance
• Strong understanding of community-level, localized marketing strategies

Key Responsibilities

• Own marketing performance across all communities with a focus on qualified leads, traffic, and conversion metrics
• Develop and execute campaigns supporting:
• Community grand openings
• Partner closely with Regional Sales Managers and Community Sales teams to ensure marketing and sales strategies are fully aligned

Leadership Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop an established internal marketing team
• Set clear priorities, accountability, and execution standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with executive leadership, sales, and external agency partners
• Bring a practical, execution-focused leadership style with the ability to turn strategy into measurable results
