PencilBitz is seeking a results-driven senior Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in SEO to lead our organic growth strategies and strengthen our digital presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with a proven track record of improving organic rankings and driving website traffic.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for search engines.
- Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
- Improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Good understanding of website architecture, indexing, and ranking factors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in edtech, publishing, or service-based companies will be an added advantage.
