Role Overview
As our Dynamic Operations Manager, you will serve as the engine room of our business, seamlessly bridging the gap between strategic execution and exceptional client experience. You will take complete ownership of the client journey—driving sustained retention and maximizing outcomes for our active partners by embedding rigorous service delivery standards and continuous QA compliance into everyday processes.
Beyond optimizing workflows and maintaining robust MIS reporting for data-driven decisions, your true impact lies in your leadership: building team capacity, optimizing productivity, and cultivating a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Journey & Retention Ownership: Oversee the post-onboarding lifecycle for active partners, ensuring flawless service delivery, proactive problem-solving, and maximum value realization to drive long-term retention.
- Operational Excellence & QA: Establish, monitor, and refine rigorous service delivery standards. Implement continuous Quality Assurance (QA) compliance frameworks to maintain the highest levels of accuracy and compliance.
- Data-Driven Process Management: Design and optimize scalable workflows. Build, maintain, and analyze robust MIS reporting to provide leadership with actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Team Leadership & Capacity Building: Lead, mentor, and inspire a growing operations team. Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, skill development, and optimal productivity.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as a critical liaison between frontline operations, account management, and product teams to ensure client feedback directly informs our technology roadmap.
- The Experience: Proven experience in an operations management role, ideally within Healthtech, SaaS, or a high-growth B2B services environment.
