Digital Marketing Lead

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Lead to drive our online marketing initiatives and lead performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign strategy, lead generation, and digital brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other online platforms.
• Develop strategies to increase website traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
• Manage SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content promotion activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular analytics and performance reports.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis.
• Collaborate with the design, content, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Manage marketing budgets and maximize ROI on advertising spend.
• Lead and mentor junior marketing team members when required.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (mandatory).
• Good understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization.
• Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and audience targeting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• Relevant certifications in Google Ads or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
