Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive role based in Coimbatore. The Marketing Executive will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote Ecovistalife’s residential projects and investment offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, assisting with marketing plans, coordinating sales and promotional activities, and collaborating with the sales team to generate leads and convert prospects. The role involves preparing marketing materials, maintaining accurate reports on campaign performance, engaging with potential customers through multiple channels, and representing the brand at site visits, events, and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective promotional strategies.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication and Sales skills to engage prospects and support conversions.
• Candidates should possess general business and customer service skills, including relationship management, negotiation, and basic data analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in real estate or property marketing is an advantage.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
