Salary: DOE + Bonus structure

About the Role

Our client in hospitality is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join their team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role will be responsible for driving revenue strategy, managing pricing and forecasting, and supporting commercial performance across the business.

Working closely with senior management, you will play a key role in maximising revenue opportunities and supporting the business's overall commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies across all revenue streams.
• Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor performance, and demand patterns to inform pricing decisions.
• Manage forecasting, budgeting, and reporting on revenue performance.
• Work closely with the General Manager and wider team to align revenue strategy with overall business objectives.
• Support target-setting and performance tracking against agreed budgets.
• Collaborate with sales, reservations, and front office teams to optimise occupancy and rate strategy.

Experience Required

• Proven experience in a Revenue Management role within hospitality.
• Strong hospitality background essential.
• Excellent analytical and commercial decision-making skills.
• Confident communicator, comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders.

Desirable

• Experience managing revenue across multiple channels and platforms.
• Track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets.
