I am currently recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to join a leading organisation with a large and diverse commercial property portfolio in Dublin.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the efficient management of property assets across the portfolio, carrying out annual site inspections, preparing compliance and tenant obligation reports, coordinating repairs and maintenance works, supporting supplier audits, and ensuring all property documentation and asset management systems are maintained accurately. The role will also contribute to sustainability and energy management initiatives.

It is expected you have a strong track record in Commercial Property Management. Experience using asset management systems would be advantageous, and an understanding of sustainability or energy management practices would be beneficial. A full clean Irish driving licence is essential for this position.
