About the Role

As the Dealer Network Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in growing and supporting our dealer network while helping to deliver local marketing activity. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners (including real estate agencies and shopping centres) to ensure new and existing dealerships operate in line with our brand standards and national marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with market research and competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities for dealership expansion.
• Conduct commercial property research using platforms such as realcommercial.com.au and prepare basic property comparison reports.
• Support dealership site evaluation by collecting market data and preparing presentation materials.
• Coordinate with landlords, shopping centres and external stakeholders regarding dealership and pop-up opportunities.
• Assist with lease documentation, project administration and other dealer network related tasks.
• Prepare reports and presentation materials for internal meetings and HQ review.
• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns, showroom events and promotional activities.
• Assist in organising vehicle launches, showroom events, test drive campaigns and exhibitions.
• Monitor basic campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
• Provide other ad hoc support to the team as required.

About You

• 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Sales Support, Property, Automotive or a related field.
• Familiarity with Sydney's geographic regions, population distribution, demographic trends, and the unique characteristics of different suburbs.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Full Australian Driver's Licence.
• Full working rights in Australia. No company sponsorship for this role.
