Growth Marketing Manager

We're partnering with a growing independent marketing agency based in Miranda, Sydney to find a Growth Marketing Strategist to join their team.

This is not a paid media execution role. They're looking for someone who can think strategically, build compelling marketing plans, present with confidence and deliver measurable commercial outcomes across a portfolio of high-growth brands.

What you'll do

• Develop customer-led marketing strategies connected to audience insight, market dynamics and business goals
• Lead integrated campaign planning and delivery from brief through to completion
• Build client-ready materials that connect strategic thinking with measurable business impact
• Apply structured, hypothesis-led thinking to solve problems and validate ideas through experimentation
• Champion AI, attribution and marketing technology to improve how we think and deliver
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, paid media, social and content

About you

• 3-5+ years experience across marketing, brand, consulting, technology or analytics
• Strong strategic and analytical thinker who can turn ambiguity into a clear path forward
• Confident presenting to clients and communicating complex ideas clearly
• Experience in B2B industries and complex customer journeys is a plus
• Commercially minded with a genuine interest in how marketing drives business growth
• Curious about AI and emerging marketing technology
