Marketing Manager

• Manage marketing initiatives across two retail precincts in Circular Quay and Victoria Cross, located in busy and growing commercial precincts.

• A tertiary qualification in Marketing and/or 4–5 years' experience in retail, retail marketing, or hospitality marketing.
• Experience driving marketing strategy and delivering marketing campaigns, activations, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Strong relationship management skills and the ability to work effectively with retailers, agencies, and internal & external stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Advanced skills in Canva and Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Reporting to the Portfolio Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in delivering marketing, community, and retailer engagement initiatives across both retail precincts.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the marketing strategy across both precincts using customer insights and performance data.
• Deliver campaigns, events, and activations that drive sales, visitation, and customer engagement.
• Build strong relationships with retailers to support trading performance and create marketing opportunities.
• Ensure the precinct maintains high presentation standards and aligns with brand guidelines.
• Manage digital marketing activity, including social media, content creation, and campaign reporting.
• Track marketing budgets, analyse campaign performance, and report on outcomes and ROI
