Role Description This is a temporary role acting as maternity cover until Jan 2028. The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of Northstone's marketing projects, campaigns and customer engagement initiatives across all developments and business functions.
Working closely with Sales, Creative, Development, Partnerships, ESG and external agency partners, the role ensures marketing activity is delivered on time, within budget and aligned to Northstone's brand values and commercial objectives.
The role requires a highly organised individual capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional standards of brand consistency, customer experience and commercial effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Delivery
· Manage the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns across all Northstone developments.
· Develop and maintain detailed campaign plans, project timelines and critical paths.
· Coordinate campaign assets including digital advertising, social media, website content, email communications, videography, photography and printed materials.
· Ensure all campaigns are delivered on schedule and within agreed budgets.
· Support site launches, new development launches, plot release campaigns and incentive promotions.
Project Management
· Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously across various developments.
· Create project plans with clear milestones, responsibilities and deliverables.
· Monitor progress and identify risks, recommending corrective action where necessary.
· Ensure effective communication between stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
· Maintain accurate project reporting and status updates.
Agency & Supplier Management
· Act as the day-to-day contact for external marketing, creative, digital, PR and media agencies.
· Brief suppliers effectively and ensure high-quality outputs are delivered.
· Manage quotes, purchase orders and marketing budgets.
· Monitor agency performance and campaign effectiveness.
Development Marketing
· Coordinate marketing activity for individual developments from pre-launch through to sell-out.
· Assist with development naming, brand positioning and product messaging.
· Coordinate production of development brochures, site plans, showhome collateral, sales area materials, signage, hoardings and digital assets.
· Ensure marketing materials accurately reflect product specification and construction timelines.
Digital Marketing & CRM
· Support management of website content and customer journeys.
· Work with CRM systems such as HubSpot to support lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
· Coordinate email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
· Monitor campaign performance and conversion metrics.
· Identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
Events & Customer Engagement
· Plan and coordinate development launch events, homebuyer events, community engagement initiatives, open days and stakeholder events.
· Work alongside Sales teams to maximise attendance and lead generation.
· Ensure all events reflect Northstone's brand experience and customer standards.
Reporting & Performance
· Produce regular reports covering lead generation, campaign performance, website activity, social media engagement, return on investment and marketing spend.
· Track project KPIs and campaign outcomes.
· Provide recommendations based on insights and performance data.
Brand Management
· Act as a guardian of the Northstone brand.
· Ensure consistency of messaging, tone of voice and visual identity across all channels.
· Maintain marketing asset libraries and brand standards.
· Support continued development of the Northstone brand proposition.
Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications
· Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Project Management, Business or related discipline.
· Minimum 3 years' marketing project management experience.
· Experience managing multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and CRM systems.
· Excellent project planning and organisational skills.
· Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
· Budget management experience.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
· Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable Skills & Experience
· Experience within property, housebuilding, construction or placemaking sectors.
· HubSpot experience.
· Knowledge of Google Analytics and marketing reporting platforms.
· Event management experience.
· PR and content marketing experience.
· Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite.
· Prince2, Agile or Project Management qualification.
