Role Overview
The Demand Generation Marketing Manager is responsible for executing strategies that drive qualified partner leads and build pipeline at the top of the funnel. This role focuses on B2B lead generation across the partner ecosystem. In addition to developing demand generation campaigns, this role drives acquisition efforts by organizing webinars, creating thought leadership, developing lead nurture communications, expanding association relationships, creating partner-facing collateral, assisting with outbound initiatives and maintaining robust performance reporting. The role will also manage the Marketing & Events Coordinator, ensuring that trade shows and partner events contribute meaningfully to pipeline growth. This role is essential to our partner lifecycle team and reports directly to the Head of Channel Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation Strategy & Execution
- Significant experience developing & implementing campaigns to acquire and engage new partner leads across digital channels in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team (paid search, ai tools, display, paid social, retargeting, geotargeting, etc.).
- Expand lead gen initiatives through strategic partner collaborations, co-marketing opportunities and events.
- Design, organize, and execute webinars to attract, educate, and convert prospective partners.
- Develop and execute lead nurture email campaigns tailored to specific partner types and stages of the funnel.
- Assist in outbound lead generation efforts (list development, campaign coordination, and sales alignment).
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling partner acquisition collateral (presentations, one-pagers, thought leadership, case studies, guides, digital assets).
- Ensure consistency of messaging and positioning across all lead generation and partner acquisition campaigns.
- Coordinate with sales enablement teams to ensure campaign materials are effectively used in outreach.
- Manage and mentor the Marketing & Events Coordinator, ensuring event execution aligns with partner acquisition goals.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations to align campaigns with business development priorities.
- Assist in onsite staffing of tradeshows and other events, as needed.
- Provide support to the channel partner and marketing teams and assist with various projects as needed.
- Define, track, and report on KPIs for partner lead generation (volume, quality, conversion, ROAS, engagement, reach, etc).
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports to track progress and share insights with stakeholders.
- Continuously test, optimize, and refine campaigns based on performance data and market trends.
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably B2B demand/lead generation focus
- Experience with marketing segmentation and webinar platforms.
- Strong skills in campaign reporting and analytics.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skill.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed for the role
- Attention to detail is critical, customer service is a must and a team player is key
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with SharePoint, ClickDimensions or other ESPs, Dynamics or other CRM systems, Monday.com, and Adobe Creative Suite programs.
- Experience running webinars and nurture dip campaigns
