Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on International Operations and Marketing Manager to support the growth and operational excellence of our global franchise network for Yogen Früz and Pinkberry. This role is ideal for an experienced food service professional with strong expertise in franchise operations, a passion for education and training, and knowledge of marketing and graphic design, along with exposure to product development, supply chain management, and store design & construction. The ideal candidate brings a cross-functional mindset and the ability to support multiple areas of the business while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

International Operations & Training:

• Key contact for Yogen Fruz International
• Provide support to Pinkberry brand
• Develop, implement, and refine operational systems and processes to drive consistency and performance, including but not limited to SOPs, product and systems rollout guides, and job aids.
• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for franchisees, management teams, and team members. Including training video development.
• Support product development and R&D initiatives by providing operational insights, assisting with testing, and product evaluation.
• Assist with new market entries, franchise openings, and ongoing operational and training support.
• Conduct store evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective action plans.
• Monitor, address, and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Marketing & Communication

• Serve as the primary liaison between Franchise owner/operator and Kayla Foods corporate support teams by facilitating communication, spearheading the rollout of corporate initiatives, and providing hands-on support to ensure successful execution.
• Lead the development and communication of new product launch including marketing plan, assets and collateral development.
• Website and social media support and management
• Work closely with supply chain team to understand sourcing, inventory management, product availability, and distribution challenges.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in food service is a must
• Experience in both franchise operations and marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in training, coaching, and people development
• Self-starter with abilities to handle multiple priorities
• Analytical, creative mindset, and problem solver.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills in English
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Proficiency in Training video editor software such as Adobe Premier Pro or Camtasia
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally as needed, including extended travel periods as business needs require.
