Job Summary
Lead the sales planning process across the region by developing accurate sales forecasts,
coordinating business planning activities, supporting inventory and supply alignment, and ensuring the achievement of commercial objectives through data-driven decision making.
Regional PDCA responsible.
Role and Responsibilities
• Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process with key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly sales forecasts.
• Analyze Profit Pools , market trends, customer demand, and business performance to support planning decisions.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and country teams to align forecasts and business plans.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales planning reviews for management.
• Support budget preparation and volume planning activities.
• Identify risks and opportunities impacting sales performance and propose mitigation plans.
• Ensure the availability and accuracy of planning data, reports, and dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvement of forecasting methodologies and planning processes.
• Build the regional PDCA
• Coordinate and consolidate the market local PDCAs
• Follow-up of the PDCA execution
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing , Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales planning, business planning, forecasting, or commercial operations.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and forecasting tools.
• Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Project management and problem-solving capabilities.
