A premium Moroccan home décor house, we sell direct-to-consumer (DTC) into the US market, with a showroom in Los Angeles. Growing fast, we are building our growth function and investing steadily in paid acquisition to support our expansion.

The role

Own and scale our DTC paid acquisition on the US market. You own the media budget, attribution and growth, reporting directly to the CEO.

You own

• Meta, Google and TikTok Ads campaigns (US DTC acquisition), managed on blended ROAS / MER — not just platform ROAS.
• The analytics & attribution stack: Triple Whale, GA4, Klaviyo — CAC / LTV / MER reporting to the CEO.
• CRO on Shopify Plus and performance creative briefs (UGC, statics, video) for the creative producer.

Must-have

• 4+ years hands-on media buying, in-house, on a DTC e-commerce brand — not agency-only.
• A track record of scaling significant budgets (hundreds of thousands of $/year) on Meta + Google (numbers to back it up).
• Shopify + an attribution tool (Triple Whale, Northbeam or equivalent).
• US market : real experience or a sharp understanding.
• Fluent English (the role operates in English); working French a plus.

This role is probably not for you if…

• Your experience is limited to the Moroccan / African / COD market (no premium US DTC).
• You are a brand manager, community manager, SEO/content or data analyst — not a media buyer at scale.
• Your budgets are counted in tens of thousands of MAD, not hundreds of thousands of dollars.
