We’re working with a leading developer in Ireland, renowned for delivering high-quality residential apartment developments, to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple live projects in Wicklow. This is a brilliant opportunity for a skilled professional to lead complex, multi-site apartment & housing developments and make a significant impact within a dynamic team

About the Role

As a Contracts Manager, you will

• Oversee the delivery of multiple residential apartment developments, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure efficient and safe site operations.
• Implement robust project management processes to maintain high standards across all sites.
• Provide leadership and strategic oversight, fostering collaboration and accountability.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role in multi-site residential apartment developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, particularly in apartment or high-density residential projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
