The Opportunity

We're looking for an Manager, Marketing Operations & AI to join our team as part of our Sales function. This role will play a critical role in optimizing our sales AI-powered technology stack & it’s integrations, supporting Sales team pipeline campaigns, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the revenue organization.

This role requires significant experience with Salesforce, HubSpot (Marketing & Sales Hub), other GTM technologies, and the ability to partner with sales, marketing and RevOps stakeholders to drive operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual who is passionate about building scalable processes, leveraging AI, and bridging the gap between sales & marketing. You’ll have the chance to shape how we utilize tools, data, and AI-automation to accelerate growth.

What You Will Do

In this role, you’ll support and enhance our Sales support infrastructure to ensure the effectiveness of our demand generation and revenue programs. Responsibilities include:

Support, optimize, and troubleshoot various Sales tooling & it’s AI capabilities, ensuring team members can work effectively.

Build, maintain, and optimize AI workflows, lead flows, and scoring frameworks to improve funnel health.

Maintain integrations between HubSpot, Salesforce, and other tools to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Enable AI-supported campaign execution by aligning marketing signals with sales actions.

Partner with the Marketing & Demand Generation teams to support campaign execution

Work with RevOps to build performance reporting, including pipeline attribution and ROI analysis.

Assist with data hygiene projects across various data sources, ensuring accurate lead, contact, and account information.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation across the Sales function.

Partner with Sales Operations to align on lead routing, qualification, and reporting.

Who You Are

3+ years of hands-on Sales or Marketing Operations experience, with expert-level HubSpot (Marketing Hub), Salesforce, and AI knowledge.

Proven ability to deploy AI-powered automation across GTM workflows (lead routing, enrichment, follow-ups, task creation), CRM integrations (Salesforce), and Sales engagements.

Experience using AI for pipeline analysis, forecasting support, and deal risk identification

Deep understanding of lead management, scoring, routing, and pipeline development.

Experience with BI/reporting tools is a plus.

Experience with basic coding/scripting (SQL, Python, Javascript, APIs (Postman), Version Control (Git) is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate internally with colleagues and externally with clients.

Team player with a genuine desire to contribute to the overall success of the entire team.

$65,000 CAD - $80,000 CAD - This position is commission eligible.

The Interview Process

Every role starts the same, an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will be looking for company and values-fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call.

Every role is different after the initial call, but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments in the form of a Take Home Assignment/Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming/Live Coding exercise depending on the role.
