You’ll own the operating system for marketing—how we plan, execute, measure, and continuously improve campaign and lifecycle performance. You’ll partner across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Product to turn strategy into scalable programs, clean data, and actionable insights.
What will you be doing?
- Own marketing planning and execution workflows (intake, prioritization, timelines, resourcing) to ensure predictable delivery.
- Lead marketing technology and automation strategy (e.g., MAP/CRM integrations, lead lifecycle, routing, scoring, enrichment).
- Work with date team to build and maintain reporting and dashboards for funnel performance (MQL→SQL, pipeline, conversion, velocity, CAC/LTV inputs), and help establish clear definitions/SLAs.
- Drive segmentation and audience strategy to improve targeting, personalization, and lifecycle performance.
- Partner with Demand Gen, Lifecycle, Content, and Product Marketing to operationalize GTM and campaign measurement frameworks.
- Manage data quality initiatives (UTM governance, deduping, taxonomy, source-of-truth alignment) to improve attribution and analytics.
- Identify and implement process improvements and tooling enhancements that reduce manual work and increase program scale.
- Support experimentation (A/B tests, holdouts), measurement, and learnings documentation to improve marketing ROI.
- 5–8 years of Marketing Operations and/or Revenue Operations experience in B2B SaaS (or similar high-velocity GTM environment).
- Hands-on experience owning a marketing automation platform and CRM integration
- Required experience in HubSpot.
- Strong analytics and reporting skills; comfort with funnel metrics, cohort analysis, and building dashboards (e.g., Looker/Tableau/Mode/HubSpot/SFDC reporting).
- Deep understanding of lead lifecycle, routing, scoring, and attribution concepts; ability to translate business questions into measurable frameworks.
- Experience building scalable processes (campaign intake, QA checklists, UTM governance, documentation) across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and project management; ability to influence without authority.
- High attention to detail and a systems mindset; you balance strategic thinking with execution.
