We are a premier South OC real estate powerhouse producing $170MM+ in annual volume. We are looking for a high-velocity Chief of Staff to own our backend engine and scale our impact.

You aren't an "assistant"—you are the right hand to a top-tier producer. Your goal is to protect the Team Lead’s focus, navigate complex variables, and own the outcome of every deal. Compensation: Competitive Base + Performance-Based Commission Split (High upside)

Location: In-Office (Required)

Hours: Business Responsive (We move at the speed of the market)

Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 yearly
