Job Summary: The Marketing & Commercial Enablement Manager is responsible for converting
marketing strategy, campaigns, messaging, and customer-facing materials into organized, trackable,
field-ready commercial execution.
This role sits within Marketing and serves as the operational link between Marketing, Sales, Customer
Success, and other customer-facing teams. The position ensures that campaigns, content, CRM
workflows, sales materials, reporting, and follow-up processes are executed consistently and adopted
across the commercial organization. Commercial Operations is supported by this role, but not owned by
this role.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing initiatives, campaigns, and go-to-market execution from planning through
- Convert marketing strategy and campaign direction into organized execution plans, timelines,
- Manage the development, organization, approval, distribution, and maintenance of marketing
- Own content development workflows across copy, design, review, approval, version control,
- Ensure campaigns, messaging, and materials are adopted by Sales and customer-facing teams as
- Support lead generation and campaign execution by coordinating with Sales, Customer Success,
- Own marketing-related CRM administration and discipline, including data quality, campaign
- Prepare marketing and commercial performance reports, dashboards, KPI summaries, and
engagement, and business impact.
- Maintain organization and accessibility of marketing materials, pricing and positioning
commercial resources.
- Support sales leadership with pipeline visibility, forecasting support, territory and performance
assuming ownership of Sales Operations.
- Assist with proposals, RFP responses, customer presentations, trade shows, events, advisory
- Prepare Customer Value Reviews (CVRs), supporting marketing narratives, customer activity
insight perspective.
- Coordinate marketing support for reverse distribution programs, customer implementations,
commercial growth priorities.
- Track customer trends, market intelligence, field feedback, and campaign performance insights
Beneficial Education, Skills And Experience
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, pharmaceutical services, logistics, reverse distribution, or
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, business intelligence, or campaign reporting
Required Education, Skills And Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in marketing operations, sales enablement, marketing
- Proven ability to coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, sales enablement initiatives,
- Strong project management, organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Experience supporting sales or customer-facing teams with presentations, proposals, collateral,
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and ability to maintain marketing-related data quality,
- Ability to prepare clear reports, dashboards, KPI summaries, and practical execution updates for
- Strong written communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively across Marketing, Sales,
Compensation Range And Benefits
The salary range for this position is $93,000-$108,000 USD. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, Pharma Logistics' business and organizational needs, as well as an individual's relevant experience, education, qualifications, certifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, and performance.

Employees receive 14 days of paid time off and paid holidays, including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Eligible employees may receive a 3% Company contribution beginning on the first of the month following 60 days of service.
