Real Estate Project Manager

Enjaz is looking for a highly organized and results-driven Real Estate Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of real estate projects in Greece. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with key stakeholders, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring all developments meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong project management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead end-to-end real estate project development
● Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities
● Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
● Ensure compliance with Greek regulations and permits
● Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments
● Report progress to senior management
● Negotiate with vendors and stakeholders

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Real Estate
● 5+ years of experience in real estate project management
● Strong knowledge of the Greek real estate market and regulations
● Excellent project management and leadership skills
● Fluency in English (Greek is a strong advantage)
● PMP certification is a plus
