Role Summary

The Senior Marketing Manager leads the full strategy, localization, and execution of marketing activities across the Egypt portfolio, acting as the main on-ground lead to ensure strong positioning and premium standards. The role bridges local market dynamics with the Dubai Marketing Hub and oversees the end-to-end marketing lifecycle, working closely with specialized teams in Dubai and local agencies in Cairo.

ROLE PROFILE

• Develops and executes the annual marketing strategy and budget for Egypt, aligned with overall business objectives
• Translates central marketing vision into localized, data-driven campaigns tailored to the Egyptian market
• Acts as brand guardian, ensuring consistency while adapting creative assets with Dubai teams
• Oversees local content creation to highlight project-specific lifestyle and community value
• Builds and manages a strong network of local agencies, ensuring quality delivery and efficient workflows
• Leads events, launches, and on-ground activations while maintaining premium customer experience standards
• Works with performance teams to optimize digital marketing, paid media, and social presence
• Manages budget, reporting, and performance tracking while leveraging market insights to continuously improve results

• 8–12 years of marketing leadership experience, ideally in real estate, with strong exposure to agencies and project launches
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications; relevant certifications are a plus
• Strong expertise in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and premium brand positioning within the Egyptian market
• Proven ability in cross-functional collaboration, agency/vendor management, and working with centralized teams
• Solid capabilities in budget management, ROI tracking, performance analytics, and event execution
• Strategic, detail-oriented, and resilient, with the ability to manage complex stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
