Marketing Executive / Negotiator

Fine & Country Bolton is seeking an experienced estate agency professional to join

our premium residential team. This role offers exposure to high-quality homes

within an internationally recognised luxury property brand, where high quality

presentation and client care are paramount.

The Role

Coordinating professional photographers and videographers for new listings

Preparing property particulars and overseeing digital campaign presentation

Managing Fine & Country marketing and exposure scheduling

Conducting accompanied viewings and managing buyer relationships

Providing vendor feedback and maintaining proactive communication

Negotiating offers and supporting transactions through to completion

Managing property access, keys and board instructions with professionalism

Assisting and liaising with sales progression team where required

The Individual

Proven experience within estate agency

Strong understanding of premium brand presentation

Confident negotiator with commercial awareness

Professional and articulate communicator

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
