The Expertise You’ll Bring
Qualifications Required
- Minimum 8 years of residential property management experience
- Previous experience with operating budgets and re-forecasting processes
- Knowledge of WHMIS, OHS, workplace safety
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications
- Previous exposure or practical experience with Yardi is an asset
- Strong working knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act.
- Must be willing to get a criminal record check done.
- Must be able to work overtime in the event of an emergency.
- Excellent Oral and Written Communications Skills
- Ability to maintain good working relationship with all stakeholders
- Good Organizational Skills
- Demonstrated Conflict Resolution Skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and interpret financial statements.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- CPM designation would be an asset.
