Process Development Professional (d/m/f) in Brand Strategy & Management - Fixed-term for 18 months

The position is a fixed-term parental leave replacement for 18 months.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Analysis and further development of existing processes in the area of branding and marketing, with a focus on content development, events, and trade fairs
• Support in the redesign of branding and marketing processes in process projects, including their implementation in IT systems, data management, and KPI development
• Ensuring the implementation of existing and new processes
• Internal communication of changes or the introduction of processes
• Conducting workshops and training sessions on processes and guidelines
• Preparation for internal and external audits
• Coordination of external specialists or service providers
• Creation, development, and presentation of documents at top management level

Your Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Economics or Business Administration, ideally with a solid background in marketing, branding, communication, or process management
• Several years of professional experience in process development, preferably in the areas of marketing, branding, and communication
• Project management skills, ideally demonstrated through leading projects or work packages of high complexity
• Very good written and spoken English; German language skills are an advantage
• Strategic and operational thinking and action, combined with the ability to remain calm even in challenging situations
• Strong analytical and presentation skills, combined with persuasiveness and facilitation/moderation skills
