Brand Manager Dairy DACH (m/f/d)

• Identifying new growth areas, consumer needs and market opportunities by leading the development of a new brand platform for Dairy DACH.
• Responsible for the strategy and activation of the new brand platform based on analyses of local growth areas and current EU/global team pipelines.
• Setting up and realizing strategic priorities through insights, detailed target group, market, and competitive analyses.
• Strong drive & contribution to define the portfolio setup and design, brand equity development, route-to-market definition, and activation.
• Engage & lead in cross-functional project teams within the DACH cluster and collaborate with the EU/Global team

About You

• Successfully completed studies in business administration or comparable
• At least 3 years of professional experience in brand management of consumer goods, ideally within the food & beverage category
• Very good project management skills and experience in the implementation of media campaigns and product innovations
• Entrepreneurial curious thinking, enjoy making decisions and finding innovative and creative solutions.
• Strong ownership and high self-motivation, as well as a positive mindset.
• High agility regarding different market conditions, competitive environments, and seizing opportunities.
• Convincing and inspiring personality with confidence in presentation and pitching ideas.
• Fluent in German and English

Start date is July in Frankfurt am Main, Munich, Nuremberg or Vienna – with the option to work flexibly from home.
