Your Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop our brands
- Own and manage the Group's brand portfolio and brand architecture.
- Define and maintain brand guidelines, visual identity standards and brand governance across all markets and businesses.
- Ensure consistent brand representation throughout all communication channels and touchpoints.
- Develop and oversee regional marketing communication campaigns across business units.
- Support local market teams in adapting and localizing campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.
- Share best practices and drive communication synergies across countries and business areas.
- Lead the Group-level creative and media agency ecosystem.
- Manage agency selection, tendering, performance evaluation and optimization.
- Ensure efficient briefing processes and effective resource utilization.
- Oversee media planning and performance evaluation across markets.
- Ensure consumer research and insight programs deliver actionable business value.
- Support data-driven decision making and continuous improvement of communication activities.
- Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams covering marketing communications, digital communications, web ecosystem, consumer insights and retail partnerships.
- Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing and capability development across the organization.
- Partner with local leaders to strengthen communication capabilities throughout the Group.
- Ensure communication plans effectively engage all relevant stakeholder groups through the right channels, content, timing and tools.
- Collaborate closely with senior business leaders to support strategic priorities and business objectives.
- University degree.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, communications, branding or related fields.
- Proven leadership experience managing larger, multifunctional teams.
- Strong expertise in strategic communication planning and integrated marketing communications.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience working with agencies, media planning and campaign management.
- Strong project management and execution capabilities.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
- Creative mindset combined with strong business acumen.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, international environment.
- Fluent English and Hungarian.
