Content & Growth Manager

Your Mission You will own the content, audience growth, and business development engine built around Peak and the personal brand of our Founder & CEO, Márton Suppan.

Your role goes far beyond creating high-quality content. You will identify, develop, and execute business opportunities connected to our content platforms, communities, and media presence. You will turn attention into business value by expanding reach, strengthening thought leadership, building strategic partnerships, and supporting lead generation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Thought Leadership

• Ensure the strategic alignment of Peak’s LinkedIn content with corporate goals, systematically build the corporate brand, and support related internal programs and initiatives.
• Manage the professional content presence and LinkedIn activity of key expert colleagues across the organization, in addition to the CEO.
• Manage the CEO’s complete content presence across LinkedIn, long-form articles, keynote presentations, interviews, newsletters, podcasts, conference materials, and media appearances.
• Translate complex AI, fintech, banking, and economic topics into content that is both accessible and professionally credible.
• Develop messaging frameworks, communication structures, and editorial guidelines.

Audience Growth & Social Media

• Design and execute growth strategies across LinkedIn, newsletters, blogs, and other relevant channels.
• Manage the online presence of Peak’s corporate channels, selected company leaders, and internal experts.
• Drive audience growth, engagement, and community building.

Business Development & Monetization

• Identify and implement monetization opportunities across content platforms and communities.
• Develop sponsorship, partnership, event, and advertising opportunities.
• Collaborate with business teams to convert audience reach into leads, business opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
• Test and validate new content-driven business models and growth opportunities.

PR & Media Relations

• Manage media relationships and guest article opportunities.
• Coordinate conference appearances, panel discussions, and industry speaking engagements.
• Create media kits and external communication materials.

Measurement & Optimization

• Measure content performance, audience growth, lead generation, and business KPIs.
• Build reporting frameworks and dashboards.
• Continuously optimize content distribution and conversion processes using AI and automation.

What We Expect From You

• Minimum 5 years of experience in content marketing, social media, PR, growth marketing, media, or a related field.
• Strong business mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
• Solid understanding of AI, fintech, business, technology, or economic topics.
• Experience in audience growth, personal branding (and corporate influencer programs), newsletter management, or media platform operations.
• High level of AI literacy and an experimentation mindset.
• Strong ownership mentality, independence, and proactive execution.
