A banking firm is looking for a Marketing Expert to lead the launch and growth of an innovative investment platform.

This is a unique opportunity for a strategic and hands-on marketing professional who can build a brand from the ground up, drive customer acquisition, and deliver measurable business impact through data-driven marketing and communication strategies.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the platform launch

• Build brand awareness and market positioning across digital and traditional channels

• Drive growth, customer acquisition, and engagement through performance marketing initiatives

• Optimize customer journeys using data, analytics, AI, and personalization

• Monitor KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

🔹 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably with a focus on growth marketing within the banking, financial services, or investment sector.

• Strong knowledge of marketing analytics, customer journey optimization, CRM principles, and commercial KPIs.

• Proven experience in brand building, above-the-line (ATL) campaigns, performance marketing, data-driven decision-making, and optichannel activation.

• Proven experience in project management and the implementation of communication strategies within the financial industry.

• Strong organizational and business insight.

• Knowledge of AI-driven marketing, automation, and personalization techniques

• Experience with Adobe Automation is a plus

• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
