Looking for a freelance Marketing Project Manager (ENG+FR/NL) for a project at one of our clients!

Location: Brussels Area, hybrid working

Start date: ASAP

Duration: Until end 2026, with the possibility of an extension

Employment Rate: full-time, 100%

Languages: Fluent English + Professional French or Dutch

About the opportunity

Our client is a leading international professional services organization with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality expertise and innovative solutions to businesses across a wide range of industries. To support the marketing team during a temporary replacement, they are looking for a Marketing Project Manager who can ensure the smooth coordination and delivery of marketing initiatives across the business.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple marketing projects from briefing through execution and delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact between marketing teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, alignment, and decision-making throughout project lifecycles.
• Monitor project timelines, dependencies, risks, and priorities.
• Support the planning and execution of B2B marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Maintain clear project documentation, reporting, and follow-up.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and ways of working.

Experience & Competencies

• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, or a related role.
• Proven experience coordinating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in a B2B marketing environment is essential
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Fluent in Dutch and/or English
• Experience with Salesforce, Asana, or similar project management and CRM tools is a plus
• Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
