Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of vacation ownership marketing experience
- Previous In-House Marketing Manager (or higher leadership) experience required
- Proven history of driving tour production and leading high-performing teams
- Strong recruiting, coaching, and leadership abilities

You'll partner closely with Sales Leadership to ensure consistent tour flow, implement marketing initiatives, recruit and develop talent, and create a culture centered on accountability, performance, and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the In-House Marketing Team
- Recruit, train, and mentor top marketing talent
- Drive tour production while maintaining quality standards
- Partner with Sales Leadership to maximize tour opportunities
- Analyze production metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and qualification guidelines
- Foster a positive, performance-driven culture
- Proven leadership experience in vacation ownership marketing
- Strong coaching, recruiting, and team-building skills
- Results-driven with a history of exceeding production goals
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
