We are seeking an experienced and relationship driven Centre Manager to take ownership of a diverse, high performing retail portfolio within our respected QLD Retail Property Management team.

You will be based on site at Newmarket Village, a high quality, cinema anchored retail centre supported by a strong FM performer. Alongside this flagship asset, you will oversee a balanced mix of nearby retail and strata holdings, including two light touch single tenant assets and additional centres with similar operational profiles.

This portfolio offers an excellent platform for a Centre Manager ready to add meaningful value and drive performance outcomes.

What You’ll Focus On

• Centre operations — Oversee all property management and building services functions
• Stakeholder relationships — Build strong, proactive connections with owners, occupiers, and operational teams
• Lease administration — Manage compliance, renewals, rent reviews, and documentation
• Financial reporting — Prepare clear monthly reporting packs and ensure accurate billing and debt management
• Portfolio performance — Maintain presentation standards and support long term asset value

• Commercial property management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong financial acumen, including cash and accrual accounting
• A professional, approachable style with high attention to detail
• Confident communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
• Current Certificate of Registration and valid driver’s licence
