This newly created role sits within a lean, high-performing marketing team, supporting campaign delivery, reporting, events and marketing operations across a diverse national portfolio of residential communities.

- Invoice processing, budget and supplier administration
- Compiling sales and marketing reports, contributing data-driven insights
- Liaise with agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Supporting the weekly paid media digital program
- Coordinating organic social media content and production into market
- Event management and delivery, including builder and community events
- Coordinating marketing collateral production — project brochures, illustrated plans and masterplans, websites, signage, direct mail and corporate initiatives such as award and tender submissions — from briefing through to delivery.
- Assisting with website updates, online real estate listings, database management and email marketing
- Broader support across other full marketing mix initiatives as needed
About You
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in accurate, high-quality work
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle competing deadlines without losing accuracy
- Naturally curious, comfortable asking questions and investigating inconsistencies
- Confident managing multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders
- Analytical, and enjoys turning data into insights
- 2-3 years' experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Assistant or similar role (or equivalent drive and willingness to learn.
- Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) an advantage
