Compact Lifts is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented and data driven Marketing Manager to join our Brisbane team.


This role is ideal for a capable performance marketer who enjoys managing agencies and delivering high-quality campaigns, driving measurable growth within an established and trusted brand.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will run the execution and performance of marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels, ensuring activity aligns with lead targets and supports long-term brand growth.

About the Role

As Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of marketing delivery, campaign execution, and performance reporting for Compact Lifts.

Working closely with sales, operations, and external partners, you will ensure marketing efforts remain consistent, commercially focused, and aligned with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the development and execution of marketing strategies achieving lead targets to support revenue and growth
  • Manage day-to-day marketing activity including external agencies, campaigns, content creation, email marketing, social media, and events
  • Drive lead generation initiatives across digital advertising, print, direct mail, and referral programs
  • Collaborate with sales to develop marketing collateral such as brochures, case studies, and presentations
  • Oversee website content, SEO partners, and online presence to maximise lead capture and engagement
  • Track and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications and channels
  • Stay informed on competitor activity, industry trends, and emerging marketing opportunities


Skills & Experience Required

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • 3+ years’ marketing experience, ideally across B2C and/or high-value residential building or mobility products
  • Strong working knowledge of:
  • GA4
  • WordPress
  • Shopify
  • HubSpot
  • Looker Studio
  • Trello


  • Experience with HubSpot and lead generation is essential
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong digital marketing capability including SEO, email marketing, social media, and website management
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills
  • Experience briefing and managing external agencies, suppliers, and partners
  • Analytical mindset with experience using marketing data to drive decisions
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently


Highly desirable:

  • Experience in construction, home improvement, or accessibility industries
  • Creative/design skills and experience producing visual content or branding campaigns
