Sales Operations and Contracts Manager

You will be the operational backbone of the sales team - bringing organisation and visibility across CRM, administration, contracts and customer communications, while continuously improving how we work and engage with our customers and buyers.
Day To Day
This role adds value by creating certainty and lifting the standard of the entire sales process and lead allocation for our growing property team. In this role, you will keep the residential sales business moving with organisation, clarity and confidence – day to day you will:
- Build and manage the systems that make sales administration efficient, accurate and scalable.
- Keep HubSpot CRM clean, current and useful so the team has the right information at the right time.
- Create dashboards, workflows and reporting that give the business clear visibility of sales activity and contract progress.
- Coordinate contracts and purchaser documentation to help transactions move smoothly and on time.
- Work closely with external solicitors and internal teams to reduce delays and keep commitments on track.
- Manage lead allocation, stock schedules and sales records so the team can focus on selling with confidence.
- Improve the customer journey by making sure purchaser communications are timely, clear and consistent.
- Identify better ways of working and turn process improvement into real operational gains.
- Support display suite and sales administration activity so the sales team is set up to succeed every day.
- Experience in off-the-plan apartment sales operations, including contract management.
- Strong knowledge of residential sales processes.
- A strong communicator who can keep people informed and aligned.
- Customer-minded, with a genuine focus on creating a smooth experience.
- Curious about systems, technology and process improvement – including CRM experience, HubSpot highly regarded
- Commercially aware and able to balance accuracy, speed and practicality.
- Collaborative in style, with the confidence to work across teams and external stakeholders.
- Highly organised, detail-driven and calm under pressure.
- Proactive and solutions-focused, always looking for a better way.
- Advanced Microsoft product knowledge – particularly excel
