Korn Ferry has partnered with a rapidly growing consumer franchise organization to identify a Field Marketing Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth brand and play a key role in supporting franchise openings and market expansion across the United States.

You'll serve as the primary marketing partner for franchise owners, leading localized marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and successful new market launches.

What You'll Do

• Lead marketing strategies for franchise openings across the U.S.
• Develop and execute pre-opening, launch, and post-opening marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and first-year performance.
• Partner directly with franchisees to execute grassroots marketing, community partnerships, local events, CRM campaigns, paid media, and promotional initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance and leverage customer insights to optimize future franchise openings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful execution across multiple markets.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in field marketing, franchise marketing, local marketing, brand activation, or multi-unit consumer marketing.
• Experience supporting franchise openings, new market launches, or multi-location marketing initiatives.
• Backgrounds from franchise, hospitality, restaurants, retail, fitness, consumer services, or other multi-unit organizations are highly preferred.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proven success developing localized marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and business growth.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with experience partnering directly with franchisees, field teams, or multi-unit operators.
