The Office & Operations Manager serves as the operational backbone of the Jennifer Kenna Home Selling Team, ensuring the office, agents, leadership team, systems, and client experience run smoothly and efficiently.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive, positive, and service-minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people succeed, and takes pride in creating structure, consistency, and excellence.

The ideal candidate is someone who loves people, enjoys organization, anticipates needs before they arise, and finds satisfaction in helping a high-performing team operate at its best.

This position works closely with the CEO, Director of Sales & Agent Growth, Director of Transactions, Transaction Coordinators, Marketing, and Agents to ensure operational excellence across the organization.
