In this role, you will be part of the Riders/Customer strategy, from acquisition to retention, ensuring sustainable growth and high-quality engagement. You will be responsible for translating strategic priorities into clear execution plans, driving continuous optimisation through experimentation, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency at scale.
You will collaborate closely with Product, Marketing and Central Operations teams to launch and scale new initiatives, while acting as the voice of the Thai market to influence broader business decisions.
Main Tasks And Responsibilities
- Defining and executing the Rider strategy across acquisition, engagement, rewards, funnel optimisation and communications.
- Owning key market KPIs including growth, quality, engagement and efficiency.
- Driving continuous optimisation through structured experimentation and impact measurement and leading go-to-market planning for new Rider programs.
- Identifying structural inefficiencies and redesigning processes to unlock scalable performance and translating strategy into clear execution plans with measurable outcomes.
- Raising the bar on quality, service delivery and loyalty across both sides of the marketplace.
- Partnering closely with Product, Marketing and Central Operations to deliver market-leading initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience across operations, strategy and go-to-market roles.
- Proven experience leading and scaling teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen (ROI thinking, incentive optimisation).
- A track record of turning strategy into measurable impact.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where it doesn't yet exist.
