ABOUT THIS ROLE
Provisions Group is looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to work with our Marketing Director to lead integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, demand generation, and business growth.
This role is ideal for a marketer who can turn high-level strategy into execution across digital campaigns, content, events, webinars, podcasts, and demand generation initiatives. The right candidate is both strategic and operational, someone who can independently manage campaigns while collaborating cross-functionally across leadership, sales, recruiting, and external partners.
This individual will play a key role in expanding Provisions Group’s digital presence, supporting thought leadership initiatives, managing events and webinars, and helping scale marketing operations across the organization.
MUST-HAVES
- Proven demand generation marketer with a track record of building and executing multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and measurable revenue impact. Experience owning campaigns from strategy through execution and optimization.
- HubSpot power user with deep hands-on experience building and managing email campaigns, workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, landing pages, nurture programs, reporting dashboards, and marketing automation. Ability to work independently inside the platform without relying on outside support.
- Full-funnel campaign operator with demonstrated success developing outbound, inbound, nurture, lifecycle, and re-engagement campaigns that move prospects through the buyer journey and improve conversion rates.
- Data-driven and analytical with a strong ability to measure performance, identify trends, build reporting, analyze campaign effectiveness, and translate insights into actionable improvements. Comfortable owning KPIs, pipeline reporting, attribution, and ROI analysis.
- Self-starter with a builder mentality who thrives in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction. Proactively identifies opportunities, develops solutions, and drives initiatives from concept to completion.
- Strong business acumen and consulting mindset, able to engage stakeholders, uncover business objectives, translate goals into marketing strategies, and communicate effectively with leadership, sales, recruiting, and external partners.
- High standards for execution with exceptional attention to detail, project management discipline, and commitment to delivering quality work on time. Able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy.
- Hungry, growth-oriented marketer who is continuously learning, testing, optimizing, and looking for new ways to increase engagement, conversion, and pipeline performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Full-Funnel Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Develop, execute, and manage integrated full-funnel demand generation marketing campaigns across awareness, acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention stages, including always-on nurture programs.
- Translate business objectives and growth strategies into actionable campaign plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Analyze target audiences, customer needs, and market trends to develop effective marketing initiatives that drive engagement and conversions.
Multi-Channel Campaign Management
- Plan and optimize campaigns across social media, email marketing and nurture campaigns, SEO-driven content and blog strategy, paid digital campaigns and retargeting, webinars, podcasts, digital media, and re-engagement and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
- Ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and brand alignment across all marketing channels.
Events, Webinars, and Thought Leadership
- Manage the planning, coordination, promotion, and execution of webinars, podcasts, virtual events, and in-person marketing events.
- Develop rollout plans, promotional strategies, and post-event follow-up campaigns.
- Coordinate speakers, vendors, logistics, timelines, and campaign assets as needed.
- Support thought leadership initiatives across the organization.
Customer Journey & Audience Engagement
- Develop and refine customer personas and audience segmentation strategies
- Map customer journeys to identify engagement opportunities across key touchpoints
- Leverage insights and performance data to improve campaign effectiveness and build always
Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics including engagement, conversion rates, ROI, and pipeline contribution
- Leverage insights and performance data to provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and audience experience
- Track marketing KPIs and continuously improve campaign performance through testing and iteration
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Marketing Operations
- Collaborate with leadership, sales, recruiting, content, and external partners to execute cohesive marketing initiatives
- Help maintain marketing calendars, workflows, processes, and operational systems
- Present campaign performance insights and recommendations in a clear, actionable manner
- Stay current on marketing trends, emerging tools, and best practices to identify new growth opportunities
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or related roles
- Proven experience developing and executing full-funnel, multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, customer journey mapping, and funnel optimization
- Experience managing webinars, podcasts, virtual events, and/or in-person marketing events
- Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar platforms
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in B2B, technology, IT services, SaaS, staffing, startup, healthcare consulting or agency experience
- Familiarity with paid social, retargeting platforms, and digital advertising strategies
- Experience with content development, SEO strategy, or thought leadership campaigns
- Basic design, video editing, or content production experience is a plus
