Asset Manager (Real Estate)

We are currently partnering with a well-established real estate investment and asset management firm in Berlin to identify an experienced Asset Manager to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven real estate professional with a strong track record in managing and enhancing the performance of diversified property portfolios across residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute asset management strategies to maximize portfolio value and investment performance.
• Oversee the operational and financial performance of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
• Identify and implement value creation initiatives, including leasing strategies, capital expenditure projects, and repositioning opportunities.
• Prepare business plans, budgets, financial forecasts, and performance reports.
• Monitor market trends and provide recommendations to optimize asset performance.
• Collaborate closely with property managers, leasing teams, external advisors, and other stakeholders.
• Support acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, and due diligence processes when required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, investors, and service providers.

Your Profile

• 5–10+ years of professional experience in Asset Management within the real estate sector.
• Proven experience managing residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate portfolios.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex asset performance data.
• Experience in business planning, budgeting, and financial modelling.
• Commercial mindset with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
