Indexed description
Raisin currently employs more than 800 people from over 75 countries worldwide. Today, the platform holds over 80 billion euros in assets from more than one million investors which have accrued over 5 billion euros in returns.
Team
You will join our B2C DACH Team, which manages our core markets in Germany and Austria. We are a collaborative group of professionals focused on delivering exceptional platform experiences, maintaining high customer trust, and finding sustainable growth opportunities. In this role, you will work closely with the Country Head DACH and collaborate across Product, Tech, and Marketing departments.
Your Responsibilities
As our Business & Growth Manager, you will transition our platform management into a proactive growth engine. You will own the execution of specific strategic pillars and manage the operational foundation that keeps our platforms reliable.
- Drive Platform Initiatives: Contribute to the 12-month growth strategy for Germany and Austria by taking full ownership of specific campaign pillars and growth execution.
- Proactive Campaign Ideation: Research market trends and competitor moves to propose, plan, and justify 6 to 8 new customer-facing campaigns and marketing initiatives per year.
- End-to-End Campaign Management: Manage marketing campaigns from conception and audience segmentation to post-campaign analysis, ensuring we continuously iterate based on data.
- Customer & Product Advocacy: Bridge the gap between commercial objectives and technical requirements. Identify platform bottlenecks and propose new features to our Product and Tech teams to optimize the customer experience.
- Operational Excellence: Independently manage relationships with key data partners (such as FMH) and execute core operational tasks, including updating partner bank Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) with high attention to detail.
Must-Haves
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Business Development, Strategy Consulting, or a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Financial Curiosity: A genuine interest in financial markets, interest rates, and personal finance products.
- Problem-Solving & Analytical Mindset: A strong ability to break down complex business challenges, analyse user behaviours, and translate performance metrics into structured, actionable growth recommendations. You enjoy investigating the "why" behind numbers and building logical business cases.
- Clear Communication: Experience translating complex technical or commercial concepts into structured proposals.
- Self-Direction: A natural self-starter who enjoys organising their own work and navigating cross-functional team structures to get projects completed.
- Languages: Business fluency in German and English is required for navigating local compliance and communicating with our international team.
- Experience working within the FinTech or broader financial services ecosystem.
- Practical experience utilising Generative AI tools (like ChatGPT) and/or agentic setups to automate routine operational tasks, draft communication templates, or speed up market research.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for independent data exploration.
- Experience supporting localised marketing or growth strategies in Austria.
As part of our team, you will benefit from:
- Employee Development Budget of €2,000 and four full training days per year.
- Flexible working hours, home office and 30 vacation days.
- A company pension scheme (Betriebliche Altersvorsorge), which we support with 20%.
