Pocket Entertainment, the parent company of Pocket FM, is building the future of episodic entertainment. Building on that momentum, Pocket Toons is now venturing into a new category of episodic entertainment powered by AI production. It's one of the most exciting and ambitious bets in the company right now, and we're looking for someone to help grow it from the front.

Why this role is different

You'll be figuring out how a brand-new, AI-produced content format gets made, tested, and scaled to millions of viewers. Every week you'll be solving problems nobody has solved before: what makes this new format addictive, how AI production can compress cycles from weeks to days, what "product-market fit" even looks like for something this new.

If you're the kind of person who gets a genuine thrill from ambiguity, who can't stop poking at new AI tools to see what they can do, and who wants a shot at building something genuinely industry-first from the ground up — this is a once-in-a-career seat.

What you'll own

• AI-first production — Partner daily with product, tech, and AI teams to push the boundaries of what AI can do in content creation — from scripting and visual generation to localization and personalization. Agentic AI experience is a big plus here; you'll be an early user (and shaper) of agentic workflows in production
• Market strategy — Decode what global audiences want from this brand-new format — pacing, hooks, binge patterns, content preferences — and turn that into a content and growth strategy nobody else has run yet. You will develop understanding of different geographies
• Team management — Hire, grow, and lead creative and ops teams to drive the business forward
• Growth & marketing — Design and execute acquisition and retention strategy across the right channels to build a real, loyal audience for your shows
• Program management — Keep a steady, reliable drumbeat of new episodes going live, on time, in a production pipeline that's still being invented as you run it
• Data-driven iteration — Dig into performance data constantly, and use it to inform what gets made next, in a tight loop with editorial and creative teams
• Process pioneering — Every process you build here is likely a first for the industry. Document what works, kill what doesn't, move fast

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 institute
• 2+ years in a startup or similarly fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Genuinely curious about AI — you experiment with new tools on your own time, not just at work. Experience with agentic AI workflows is a strong plus. We'd love to see a sample of your work during the process.
• High ownership, strong process instincts — a natural "task master" who brings order to ambiguity
• Sharp people skills; you can rally a room and manage stakeholders without breaking stride
• Comfortable making smart calls with incomplete information, in a category that's being defined in real time
• Genuinely excited by the idea of building something industry-first, not just running something that already works
