What You'll Do
ABM Strategy & Planning
- Design and execute ABM programs aligned to target account lists and sales priorities
- Develop account-level messaging frameworks and campaign strategies across funnel stages
- Translate pipeline goals into structured ABM plays across one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many tiers
- Build and run multi-channel ABM campaigns from planning through performance analysis
- Coordinate with content and creative teams to develop personalized assets for target accounts
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and execution quality across programs
- Partner with sales to align on target account selection, engagement signals, and handoff criteria
- Maintain a feedback loop with sales on account health, campaign response, and pipeline contribution
- Support sales with account intelligence and engagement context to improve outreach effectiveness
- Track and report on ABM program performance — account engagement, pipeline influence, and conversion metrics
- Use intent data and account signals to prioritize effort and adjust campaign strategy
- Build reporting structures that give marketing and sales leadership clear visibility into ABM contribution
- Manage and optimize the ABM tool stack — including platforms such as Clay, Apollo, and HubSpot — to support targeting, personalization, and measurement
- Apply AI-powered workflows and tooling to improve campaign efficiency, account research, and personalization at scale
- Ensure data quality and account hygiene across platforms to maintain program effectiveness
- 2–4 years of experience in account-based marketing in a B2B technology or SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience running ABM campaigns across multiple tiers and channels
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping
- Proficiency with ABM and GTM platforms — Clay, Apollo, and HubSpot are mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to work with AI tools to improve marketing execution and efficiency
- Experience working with intent data, account signals, and funnel analytics to drive decisions
- Proven ability to work closely with sales teams on shared pipeline goals
- Clear, structured communicator across marketing, sales, and revenue functions
- Experience with ABM and marketing automation platforms in a SaaS or fintech environment
- Exposure to multiple international markets or regional GTM programs
- You think in terms of accounts and pipeline, not just campaigns and clicks
- You hold yourself accountable to pipeline contribution without needing to be pushed on performance
- You work well with sales — you understand their priorities and adapt based on their feedback
- You bring structure to ABM programs without making them rigid or slow to adapt
- You use data to make decisions and communicate performance clearly to stakeholders
