NEMO Digital Business Agency is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join its growing team.The preferred start date is from September 1, 2026, onwards, while communication regarding interview scheduling will begin on August 24, 2026.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced, analytical, and strategically minded Performance Marketing Manager with strong expertise in Google Ads, to join our growing team and take ownership of paid media activities across key client accounts.


In this role, you will combine hands-on campaign management with strategic thinking, managing the setup, monitoring and optimisation of paid media campaigns across relevant digital platforms. You will develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, audience and objectives, using data and research to shape effective performance marketing strategies and identify meaningful opportunities for growth.


You will be responsible for the overall performance of the assigned accounts, including campaign results, budget allocation, reporting and the clear presentation of insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.


The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with analytical thinking, curiosity and a genuine interest in strategy. Success in this position requires someone who enjoys exploring performance in depth and taking full ownership of delivering high-quality work.


What You’ll Do

  • Plan, set up, manage and optimise paid media campaigns across relevant digital platforms, according to each client’s objectives and audience.
  • Design and manage structured testing plans, including creative, audience, messaging and landing-page tests, to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare reports that clearly communicate results, insights, challenges and actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct research into competitors, market developments, customer behaviour and emerging performance marketing opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with account management teams to ensure campaigns are strategically aligned and executed effectively.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, measurement and data integrity through Google Tag Manager and other relevant tools, collaborating with internal or external teams when needed.


What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar performance marketing role
  • Strong hands-on experience in planning, setting up, managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns (mandatory)
  • Experience with web analytics and measurement tools, including Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and the ability to interpret organic search performance.
  • Confidence in using reporting and data visualisation tools to create accurate reports, analyse results and communicate actionable insights.
  • An analytical and curious mindset, with the ability to investigate performance in depth and identify patterns.
  • Fluency in Greek and a strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools, including Sheets, Docs and Slides.
  • A genuine interest in performance marketing and a proactive approach to following platform updates, industry developments, new technologies and changes in digital advertising.


Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with additional paid media platforms, such as Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • A university degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or another relevant field.
  • Experience with advanced reporting or data visualisation platforms.
