About the Role


We are seeking a passionate, purpose and results-driven Product and Offer Manager for DERMS (Distributed Energy Resource Management) and LV (Low Voltage) Management to join our team. In this role, you will own certain product modules and/or product offers with their entire lifecycle, ideation, roadmap, product & business strategy, commercial model, performance monitoring, and end of life. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-organization teams to ensure high-value product development, success of our sales, smooth product delivery and support, and most importantly customer adoption and satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap:

  • Define a product vision and roadmap that is aligned with industry trends and customer needs

2.Customer & market needs:

  • Collect and analyze utility customer needs and market trends.

3.Requirement definition:

  • Translate utility challenges into product requirements and epics.

4.Cross-team orchestration:

  • Work across engineering teams, UX, QA, and architecture teams to deliver the right features.

5.End-to-end ownership

  • Own the product from ideation through development, integrated testing, launch, utilization, and end-of-life to ensure maximum value

6.Offer creation, commercialization and GTM readiness

  • Package combinations of software products, services, support, and deployment
  • Define pricing, licensing models (e.g., subscription vs. perpetual), and delivery mechanisms.
  • Work with product marketing, sales, legal, and operations to ensure the offer is marketed, sellable, and deliverable.

7.Budget allocation

  • Identify right level of investment into the offer and its (sub)categories to increase its market share and profitability.

8.Offer Performance

  • Manage modular offers across different regions, supporting Sales & Global Ops. Track performance KPIs



Qualifications

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Power Engineering, Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience with Smart Grid solutions
  • 3+ years of experience in Product/Offer Management or Product Marketing for enterprise software products is preferred
  • Experience with the Electric utility industry – including trends, challenges and the IT landscape is preferred
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills (written, verbal, visual), both for internal audiences at all levels of the organization and customer-facing messaging.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent collaboration and good organizational skills
  • Ability to formulate clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Willingness to travel
