We are looking for a highly organized, analytical and execution-oriented Product Manager to support the Chemicals category.
This role will be responsible for managing the product portfolio throughout its lifecycle, from SKU creation, packaging and label development to point-of-sale execution. The position will coordinate cross-functional projects, develop and support product launches, develop sales and marketing materials to engage commercial teams, monitor business performance, and ensure the timely execution of key initiatives across multiple markets.
The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with excellent project management skills and a high sense of ownership, ensuring projects move forward efficiently, stakeholders remain aligned, and deadlines are consistently met.
PORTFOLIO LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT
- Coordinate SKU creation, packaging artwork development, and label approval processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely execution across all markets.
- Work closely with Regulatory, Compliance, R&D, Operations, and external suppliers to ensure product labels, claims, FDS documentation, and packaging materials comply with local regulatory requirements.
- Support product registration, compliance, and documentation processes required for commercialization in different markets.
- Ensure product information is accurately maintained across all systems, documentation, and customer-facing materials.
- Oversee product lifecycle activities, including product launches, changes, discontinuations, SKU rationalization, and portfolio optimization.
- Support inventory management and forecasting activities to maintain healthy stock levels and portfolio efficiency.
PRODUCT MARKETING - STRATEGY
- Market & consumer analysis:
- Analyze and monitor monthly sales performance, market trends, competitive landscape, and pricing dynamics across target regions to identify opportunities and potential risks.
- Develop actionable insights and recommendations based on business performance and market trends.
- Portfolio & Roadmap:
- Identify product needs and opportunities to enhance and expand a competitive and profitable product portfolio.
- Coordinate the development and execution of the product roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with local commercial teams to gather market feedback and identify market-fit opportunities.
- Translate customer, market, and commercial insights into recommendations for product development, portfolio optimization, and product lifecycle decisions.
GO TO MARKET
- Support the implementation of new product launches across multiple markets, coordinating launch plans and cross-functional activities to ensure timely and successful execution.
- Coordinate product launch readiness, ensuring all commercial, regulatory, operational, and marketing requirements are completed according to agreed timelines.
- Develop and maintain sales tools and value-selling materials, including competitive benchmark comparisons, product overviews, sales presentations, and launch toolkits.
- Sales enablement initiatives by providing commercial teams with the necessary tools, training, and product knowledge to effectively communicate product benefits and differentiation.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communication team in the development and execution of communication materials, including:
- Annual catalogs, Product visuals and packaging assets
- Product leaflets and brochures
- Videos
- Trade marketing materials and POS assets
- Coordinate and maintain product content across all relevant platforms and systems, including PIM, websites, marketplaces, and digital tools.
- Monitor launch execution and commercial performance, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.

- Good use of Excel, PowerBI, Power Point among others.
- +4 years of experience in product or category marketing, preferably within consumer goods, FMCG, home care, or related industries.
Requirements

- Marketing, Administration or Economics degree
- Languages: Proficient professional English (written & spoken) & Spanish.
