• Residential real estate sales
• Real estate investing, acquisitions, renovations, and portfolio management

What You'll Own

You’ll work directly with ownership and play a key leadership role across the organization by:

• Managing day-to-day business operations
• Building and improving operational systems and workflows
• Managing executive priorities, projects, and business initiatives
• Supporting our residential sales and investment businesses
• Overseeing transaction operations and our Virtual Assistant Transaction Coordinator
• Managing CRM platforms, technology, and operational processes
• Tracking business metrics and KPIs
• Coordinating vendors, title companies, lenders, attorneys, and service providers
• Delivering a white-glove experience for clients and investors
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accountability, and scalability

• Improve systems across multiple areas of the business

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Minimum 2 years of real estate operations experience
• Strong understanding of residential real estate transactions from contract to close
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Experience with CRM platforms, MLS, DocuSign, Google Workspace
• Experience leading or managing Virtual Assistants or remote team members
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
• Must be able to work primarily from our Aventura office
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active or inactive Florida Real Estate License
• Investment real estate or property management experience
• Experience with Follow Up Boss, Ylopo, Fello, or similar real estate technology platforms
